A supportive parent session offering understanding, reassurance and practical tools
for supporting girls aged 11–16.
The teenage years can bring big changes, physically, emotionally and mentally. For many girls, hormonal changes can affect mood, energy, confidence, school life and sport. This supportive session will help parents better understand what’s happening in their daughter’s body, while offering practical tools to support her day-to-day wellbeing.
Understanding What’s Happening in Her Body

• Painful, heavy or irregular periods
