Puberty is beginning earlier for many girls, and for parents it can sometimes feel difficult knowing when and how to begin conversations around body changes, hormones and
emotional wellbeing. This supportive session is designed to help parents feel informed, reassured and more confident supporting their daughter through this important stage

• Emotional shifts and growing confidence
• What to expect during Years 4-6

Supporting Her With Confidence
• Talking about periods before they start
• Preparing practically and emotionally
• Body confidence and reducing shame
• Sleep, nutrition and movement during puberty
• Gentle breast health and body awareness
• Knowing when additional support may help
